Awarding and Partner Universities meets at Federico II to prepare the 2nd edition
On 10–11 November 2025, the DIGISOC European Joint Master held a two-day consortium meeting at the Department of Social Sciences, University of Naples “Federico II” (UNINA). Representatives of the awarding and partner universities met in a hybrid format to review the first intake and to finalise procedures for the upcoming admissions round.
The first day focused on the admission and enrolment processes.
Partners discussed about test registration, documentation requirements, assessment standards, and the communication of results. Particular attention was paid to data security, workflow coordination between institutions, and the clarity of information provided on the EURIDICE and DIGISOC online platforms. The consortium also mapped out a unified sequence of steps guiding applicants from test registration to enrolment. The partners reviewed lessons learned from the first intake and confirmed revised workflows and responsibilities. The day closed with a discussion on the Call for Applications 2026/2027 and a short exchange with representatives of future degree-awarding universities.
The second day was dedicated to the DIGISOC Communication Plan and PR Strategy. Partners agreed on the overall direction of the strategy, clarified institutional roles, and discussed the upcoming social media plan. The meeting also addressed steps for integrating new degree-awarding universities from 2027/2028 onwards.
The meeting reaffirmed the consortium’s shared commitment to transparent processes, coordinated governance and continuous improvement, ensuring a strong foundation for the next generation of DIGISOC students.
